Every season has its own particular energy and connects with our human rhythm of life. Spring plays a particular role in releasing nature’s resources into the world.
Spring is the time for the energy flow to switch from down towards the roots to upwards into fresh shoots and buds and new possibility. It is the time for sowing seeds and planting out new cuttings nurtured over winter.
The hunkering down and conserving energy of winter is over as the earth warms under the sun’s kiss. It’s a busy time in the garden and sets the scene for the summer bounty and autumn harvests to come.
Come and join our Science meets Creativity Spring Reflection where we will use the images and metaphors of the Spring Garden as our guide and inspiration for a spacious hour of pause and self reflection.
Please join us with a pen, paper, some crayons and a cup of something lovely and warming!
If you missed our previous reflection sessions, here is what some participants said:
Thank you, Doug and Liz, for a wonderfully reflective and rich session, beautiful, heartily recommend to anyone who can make the next one!
It was beautiful – an autumnal golden hour. Thank you. Such a lovely start to the day. · I loved it! What a beautiful space you guys created, many many thanks.
It was great. Just what I needed.
Thanks for such a wonderful session. It was good to make time to reflect on the last year and to think about the things that will nourish and sustain me through winter and beyond. You complement each other well and created a warm cosy atmosphere – we could have been gathered round a winter’s fire.
