Summer is the season of fire and joy. It is the season when all the hard work and preparation of winter and spring come to fruition and produce gardens and parks full of colourful flowers and lush grass. The days are long, the sun high in the sky, the evenings balmy. It is the season of ice creams, barbecues, time with friends in the outdoors.
Join us with a cool drink and pens and paper at the ready as we invite you to attend to your Summer time.

Late Summer is the transition from summer to autumn. It is the season when we often enjoy fully the work and preparation of winter and spring. Gardens and parks are full of colourful flowers and soft fruit is in abundance. The veg garden is in full production too. The days are staring to shorten and we long for summer to last just a little longer, giving us a few more balmy evening together.
Every Season has its place and purpose in nature’s cycle. Join Liz Nottingham and Doug Montgomery in our Science meets Creativity Late Summer Reflection. We use the metaphor and qualities of the season as the inspiration for an hour of deep reflection.

We have come along way since March 2020, when the world changed in unexpected ways. As we approach the second Autumn of Covid-19, we are moving towards finding out how to live with the virus.
This workshop is an opportunity to work creatively with the metaphorical gifts of autumn as we pickle and preserve our own harvest and prepare for winter. Autumn is a time to clear, prune and slow down as we clear and make room in our lives for new growth. It is a time to prepare our winter store cupboard to support, delight, and sustain us as we move forward into 2021.
Each season has its own special purpose and energy. Every season also connects with our human rhythm of life. And every season is unique to its particular year. This year has been particularly challenging, and it's important that we make the most of its harvest
Join us with a warming drink and pens and paper as we invite you to attend to the Autumn of your year.
Join us for a spacious hour of Pause and Reflection inspired by the qualities images and metaphors of Late Summer.
Late Summer is the transition from high summer to early autumn. It is the time of the year in which we often get to fully enjoy the work and preparation we put in during the of winter and spring. Gardens and parks are full of beautiful colourful flowers. Soft fruit is in abundance and tomatoes and apples are ripening. The veg garden is in full production.
Although the days are staring to shorten and we may long for summer to last just a little longer, we know that each balmy evening is to be savoured.
