Summer Reflection Workshop

Join us for a spacious hour of Pause and Reflection, inspired by Summer's abundance, warmth and glorious colour.

Come and join us at our Summer Reflection event.

Summer is the season of fire and joy, growth and abundance.

It is the season when all the hard work and preparation of winter and spring come to fruition and produce gardens and parks full of colourful flowers and lush grass. The days are long, the sun high in the sky, the evenings balmy. It is the season of ice creams, barbecues, and time with friends in the outdoors. Every Season has it's place and purpose in nature’s cycle.

Join Liz Nottingham and Doug Montgomery in our Science meets Creativity Summer Reflection. Using the metaphor and qualities of the season as the inspiration for a spacious hour of quiet and deep personal reflection on what the Summer means for you and what you want to get from it.

Spring Reflection Workshop

Spring into 2022 with renewed purpose. Join us for a spacious hour of Pause and Reflection, inspired by Spring's energy & vigour.

Every season has its own particular energy and connects with our human rhythm of life. Spring plays a particular role in releasing nature’s resources into the world.

Spring is the time for the energy flow to switch from down towards the roots to upwards into fresh shoots and buds and new possibility. It is the time for sowing seeds and planting out new cuttings nurtured over winter.

The hunkering down and conserving energy of winter is over as the earth warms under the sun’s kiss. It’s a busy time in the garden and sets the scene for the summer bounty and autumn harvests to come.

Come and join our Science meets Creativity Spring Reflection where we will use the images and metaphors of the Spring Garden as our guide and inspiration for a spacious hour of pause and self reflection.
