Reflective Super-Vision for Leaders
What would it be like to know that you will have a dedicated 2-hour window each month in which you can Pause and Reflect on yourself and your leadership?
You’d be doing this in a small group of fellow professionals from different organisations, exploring challenges, bouncing ideas and sharing experiences.
Moreover, this safe and confidential space will be facilitated by two accredited qualified coach supervisors.
This is not a utopian dream!
It’s a reality of what our Leader’s Reflective Super-Vision group provides.
How can Super-Vision Support you?
We are launching a new programme to support established leaders, like you, to deepen your leadership practise and increase awareness of the shadow you cast across your team and organisation. The program is based on a coaching supervision model which provides four key areas of focus and support:
- Relationships, group dynamics and creating safe spaces for real conversations;
- Personal wellbeing; both psychological and energy management;
- Creating and holding boundaries; best practice and exploring ethical dilemmas;
- Building and reconnecting with skills; strengths and other resources.
Operating in small groups of experienced leaders, each group will create a safe space to pause and reflect on your leadership experiences and style and enable you to be at your best more of the time.
This is different from coaching, in which there is a fixed goal to achieve. Leaders’ Reflective Super-Vision is about ongoing growth, personal and professional self-awareness and resourcefulness. We will facilitate creative ways to reflect on and learn from your experiences as leaders in a supportive and confidential non-judgemental space. By joining with fellow leaders sharing experiences and learnings, the collective wisdom of the group will be your resource.
How it works
Each group will run for six months with a monthly 2-hour meeting over Zoom, with the option to continue for another 6 months. Each group will comprise four to six leaders like you, from different organisations and be facilitated by Liz Nottingham and Doug Montgomery.
Liz and Doug are qualified and accredited coaching supervisors and experienced leaders: Liz as a senior HR leader in PR and commercial settings and Doug as a senior R&D leader in Pharma.
